What is MOVA?

MOVA (Move and Vitality) is our 6-week-online-programme for women after birth to help for recovery and full independence. 

The programme provides access to our training app, which offers a range of postnatal exercises. These include full-body exercises focusing on the pelvic floor and core muscles, as well as a mobilisation and stretching programme that will strengthen you step by step.

You will also receive personalised body cleansing products and personal support to promote your overall well-being. With tips for everyday life, we will accompany you as you regain your energy and quality of life step by step.

Postnatal recovery at home – holistic and tailored to your individual needs

Our 6-week programme is suitable for all levels of postnatal recovery – especially for women who prefer to train at home but would like our support.

All exercises are presented in the app as both videos and text, so you can perform them easily and safely.

To support our holistic health concept, we rely on high-quality, natural aloe vera products from Forever Living. Whether drinkable aloe vera gel, high-quality supplements, sports aids or gentle care products – they naturally promote your vitality, balance and regeneration.

Each week comes with practical instructions and lots of useful tips: on how to do the exercises correctly, how to use the products and other health topics, e.g. measures for incontinence or other postnatal challenges.
