Moms Restart – Outdoor Group Class
What is Moms Restart?
Moms Restart is an outdoor group class for mothers who want to get active again after giving birth – with or without their baby. Together we train the whole body outside, built up strength and endurance, and encourage exchange with other moms. Your baby can be in a carrier, in a stroller, or stay at home – it’s your choice. The course is led by a specialized physiotherapist who addresses the needs after childbirth.
Your Training – Individual and Together
Our sessions take every recovery level into account so that you can train safely and effectively. After a brief individual assessment, we begin with a varied program focused on strengthening the pelvic floor, core, and overall fitness. Connecting with other mothers also provides extra motivation and a sense of community.
Postnatal training for all stages of recovery.
Pelvic floor dysfunctions, core instability, back pain, rectus diastasis, or general fitness deficits.
Safe full-body training combined with a focus on postnatal recovery and individual adjustments due to small group sessions.
30 CHF per hour, possibly reimbursable through supplementary insurance.
Please bring a resistance band, a towel, some water, and everything you need for your baby.
The course takes place outdoors. We meet in front or Rentenwiese, entrance near the small fountain and Zürcher Yachtclub). If the weather is very unpleasant, a written cancellation will be sent at least two hours before the start of the class (by email or whats app). Otherwise, please dress appropriately for the weather.
