Our Vision
We founded Physio Restart with a clear vision: to support people in realigning themselves, recharging their energy, and regaining their quality of life. The idea for our practice originated from the belief that every body has the potential to regenerate itself – with the right impulses and personalized guidance.

Our professional and personal experiences in the fields of (sport-) physiotherapy, women’s health, prevention, and rehabilitation have shown us that healing is more than just treating symptoms. That’s why we wanted to create a place where people not only feel physically, but also mentally and emotionally empowered. With this mission, we brought Physio Restart to life.
